Management Trainee Program

To be innovative and refreshing, Premiere Group recruits fresh graduates with no prior logistics experience as Marketing Management Trainees (MTs) from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore annually. It is believed that inexperience candidates with logic have potential to excel in this field as well. 

Selected candidates will be given the opportunity to attend the Management Trainee Program which will be conducted in Shanghai Head Office for approximately three weeks during September period. These MTs are being trained from the very beginning to prepare them for future management positions in the company.

Vacancies now open for Shanghai Office -

Job Responsibility :

- Logistics market intelligence with market drivers and trends defining 
- Market research on agents 
- Evaluating and producing new marketing plans 
- Source of competitor, market, customer understanding 
- Responsible for coordination and consolidation of marketing report 
- Develop and implement marketing activities (meeting, exhibition, seminar, etc.)
- Monitor customers networks 

Qualification:

i) Will graduate as bachelor degree in 2025;
ii) Fluent in oral English (CET-6++)and master a second language is preferred;
iii) A good team player and can stand under great pressure;
iv) Qualified with good communication skill;
v) MT will have chance for working in our related office in Asia and also traveling around the world for our overseas network.
